Mohsin Khan, Senior Associate, Employment & Incentives delivered a presentation on the Saudi Employment Law to the Jeddah British Business Group (BBG) which took place at the British Consulate on the 28th April 2019.
The British Business Group is one of the most active national business groups in Jeddah. BBG was originally created to promote the growth of trade in goods and services between UK and KSA. During Mohsin’s presentation, he addressed key employment rights under the Labour Law, issues related to Saudisation and provided an update on some recent developments. With consultancy, retail, education, engineering, construction and manufacturing being some of the main business sectors within BBG the seminar provided a platform to hear from the members around their 2019 objectives and future plans. A big thank you to Wissam Saadi, Chris Barsby from the British Business Group and Kabeer Rahman, British Consulate for supporting the event.
