Biography
Mustafa specialises in civil, commercial, and healthcare litigation. He also has particular expertise in labor litigation where on one hand he knows the flaws of Labor law and the common conflicts between employers and workers, and on the other hand knows the ideologies of Commission members both Preliminary and High, which lead him to customize suitable memos that are precise and effective without verbosity.
In addition, Mustafa’s focus is in commercial and real estate litigation where most focus of the Kingdom economy is.
Prior to joining Al Tamimi Mustafa was working for Dr. Soliman Fakeeh Companies that focus in healthcare sector. He was working by establishing new entities, attend investigation with physicians in Ministry of health, represent the employer before Sharia Health Commission… etc.

- Local Law Firm, a part of a litigation related to local and international airlines dispute.
- Abdul Latif Jameel, working on the legal requirements of Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (sama) in order to convert the type of the company from limited liability to public shareholding.
- Dr. Soliman Fakeeh Companies, build a legal department to handle all the legal aspect that related to the groups of the companies owned by Dr. Soliman Fakeeh family.
