Nerissa Warner-O’Neill has over five years’ experience advising on a broad range of matters.
Nerissa’s clients have included multinationals, financial institutions, government entities and both listed and unlisted companies in fields as diverse as transport and chemicals. She has advised on issues such as letters of comfort, MOUs, commercial agreements, agency and distribution agreements and settlement agreements. She has been praised for her ability to analyse complex technological processes and understand the industry background and needs of her clients.
Nerissa has worked in the United Kingdom, France, Kazakhstan and Saudi Arabia. Prior to joining Al Tamimi Nerissa was an assistant in the London office of a top 20 multinational law firm. She also has extensive experience in the education and hospitality industries.
