Nick’s practice area includes technology transactions (including procurement, software licensing, consultancy services and outsourcing), information security, privacy and data protection, e-commerce, media production, marketing and advertising, technology and IP aspects of corporate and commercial transactions, and telecommunications. Nick is the author of the UAE chapter on Data Protection & Privacy, 3rd Edition (the Sweet & Maxwell International Series). He has also contributed to Proskauer on Privacy for both Saudi Arabia and the UAE. He is a certified information privacy professional / GDPR specialist (CIPP/E).
