Xiaodi has particular expertise in the technical field of engineering, electronics, computer software, telecommunications, mechanics and automotive technology. Xiaodi is experienced in advising all types of clients, from sole inventors to SMEs, universities and large multinational corporations. Xiaodi has good knowledge in IP systems in different countries and regions, with a particular focus on China, Germany and Europe. After joining Al Tamimi in Dubai DIFC office, she gained training and experience in the prosecution of patents in Middle East countries. She can offer advice on issues such as worldwide filing strategies and patent enforcement in different jurisdictions.
Xiaodi is a native Mandarin Chinese speaker. Her language skills have led her to work with many Chinese companies and law firms over the years, providing language support in addition to her expertise in the European and Chinese patent systems as well as the patent systems in the Middle East countries, which has been much appreciated by our Chinese clients.
