She has a particular focus on acquisitions and disposals of industrial and commercial land (both vacant and tenanted), including project development, due diligence, and build-to-suit. She is experienced in drafting and negotiating complex and project-specific transaction documents to address a wide range of client requirements, such as option deeds, agreements to lease and development management agreements. Shirley also advises clients on large scale leasing portfolios, subdivision of land and development projects.
Shirley is also a core member of our Hotels & Leisure and Projects sector group. She regularly negotiates hotel management agreements and advises clients with respect to their rights under their hotel management agreements.
