Recent Experience

Regularly advising international and local banks on their corporate litigation matters, including commercial and civil cases. Clients include HSBC, BNP Paribas, Ahli United Bank and Standard Chartered to name a few.
Advising on major infrastructure project disputes in Qatar in relation to complex employer, contractor and subcontractor claims, including clients such as Hyundai and Aktor S.A. amongst others.
Successfully advising on the termination of commercial agency agreement disputes in Qatar for clients including Swatch Group and Otis Elevators.
Advising a global security company in a unique shareholders and liquidation dispute against its local shareholder.
