Omar Al-Qahtani is a Kuwaiti lawyer who joined Al Tamimi & Company in February 2013. He received his legal degree from Philadelphia University in Jordan 2007. Omar began his legal career with the Kuwait law firm of Al Wagayan & Al Awadhi & Al- Saif and thereafter worked with Kuwait attorney Abdulhameed Al Sarraf before joining Al Tamimi & Company. Omar has practiced law from 2007 until 2017.
Omar Al-Qahtani is qualified to appear before the Kuwait Courts of First Instance and Court of Appeals, Cassation and Constitution. He has over10 years of experience in Civil/Commercial Law, Real Estate, Employment and Criminal Law. Omar has represented numerous clients (local and international) in litigation matters before the Kuwaiti courts, including within the areas of commercial litigation, real estate and property litigation, construction disputes, employment disputes, criminal defense and banking and financial litigation.
