Biography
Lynsey Grossi is a Senior Associate within the hospitality and real estate team and is jointly based in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Lynsey has a wide variety of experience within the hotels and leisure Sector and her recent arrival, has strengthened our position as the largest and most experienced hospitality team within the MENA region. Lynsey has a wide variety of experience in the acquisition and disposal of commercial property, property development, commercial leasing and hospitality.
Since joining Al Tamimi Lynsey has worked on a number of significant hotel development deals advising owners on their strata structuring requirements and hotel management agreements. She brings a wealth of development experience from across Australia and South East Asia to our team.
Recent Experience
- Advising on the sale and lease back in respect of premises valued at AED 120 million in National Industries Park, Dubai on behalf of Lals Group.
- Acting for Galadari Group in the lease of premises to Amazon in Al Quoz, Industrial First, Dubai valued at approximately AED 3 million per year.
- Acting for Apollo Global Management in relation to the due diligence of real estate assets in relation to USD 400 million investment with Aldar.
- Acting for Peninsula Real Estate Management Limited in relation to the creation of the first real estate investment trust in the UAE with a target asset value in excess of USD 1 Billion.
- Acting for Peninsula Real Estate Management Limited in relation to the purchase of land to the value of AED 555 million in Abu Dhabi.
- Acting for various hotel owners in relation to land acquisitions, the project development agreements, hotel management agreement and licensing service agreements in Australia.
