Hussain is an Associate in the Intellectual Property practice in Bahrain. He works closely with our international, regional and domestic clients, providing assistance and advice on the protection, licensing and enforcement of trademarks, patents, industrial designs and copyrights. Hussain is very active in obtaining market insights and intelligence in a broad range of sectors (primarily focused on high technology, public policy and industrial R&D) in addition to facilitating high level liaisons with various branches of government and high-ranking individuals across the GCC.

Hussain has authored a number of articles to Al Tamimi’s Law Update, Lexis Nexis and regularly mentors   and is an asset to our TMT and Healthcare given his previous experience with various regulatory compliance authorities and government advisory councils in Bahrain and the GCC.
