Hussain works closely with international, regional and domestic clients, providing assistance and advice on the protection, licensing and enforcement of innovation, patents, and industrial property (3IP) rights. Hussain is very active in obtaining market insights and intelligence in a broad range of sectors, such as high technology, public policy and industrial R&D, in addition to facilitating high level liaisons with various branches of government and high-ranking individuals across the GCC.
Hussain has authored a number of articles to Al Tamimi’s Law Update, Lexis Nexis and regularly mentors and participates in cross-departmental transactions and matters in light of his previous experience with various regulatory compliance authorities and government advisory councils in Bahrain and the GCC.
