Read the full reportAfter obtaining a License in private law and a Master’s degree in corporate law at Toulouse I – Capitole, Ghita went on to study Moroccan law by completing her academic career with a Master’s degree specialized in corporate and tax law at the Institut Supérieur de Commerce et d’Administration des Entreprises (ISCAE) in Casablanca – Morocco.
After obtaining her Certificate of Aptitude for the Profession of Lawyer (CAPA) and her registration at the Casablanca Bar Association in 2019, Ghita immediately oriented herself towards advising clients in commercial law.
Particularly attentive to clients’ needs, Ghita has developed a strong skillset in drafting and concluding all types of contracts (purchase/sale, services with clients, employees, suppliers), auditing companies and managing intellectual property rights.
Ghita has participated in the drafting and implementation of numerous training programs on corporate law alongside leading Moroccan lawyers.
