Fatema have worked as a member of the litigation team at Al Tamimi & Company since 2016. She is a bilingual Associate practicing in the firm’s Litigation department and she specializes and provides litigation and advisory services on various complex and cross-border banking, high-profiled companies in the construction industry and general commercial and civil and disputes. In addition to this, Fatema assisted in advising on general IP, Employment, Arbitration and Real Estate matters.
Fatema contributes heavily towards researching and keeping up to date with laws and judgements in Bahrain and assists clients in drafting statement of claims including statement of appeal and cassation, pleadings, memorandum of responses. Fatema also, attends all kind of hearings before the courts in Bahrain.
