Fatema is a Senior Associate in our Litigation practice in Bahrain and has been with Al Tamimi & Company since 2016.
She represents a wide range of local and international clients including banks and financial institutions, real estate investment companies, construction companies and other commercial companies. In addition to this, Fatema has assisted in advising on general civil, labour, commercial and lease law matters.
Fatema contributes heavily towards researching and keeping up to date with laws and judgements in Bahrain and assists clients in drafting pleadings, statements of responses and claims, and attending court hearings.
