Biography
Ehsan has worked as a member of the highly-ranked Bahrain dispute resolution team at Al Tamimi & Company since 2020, working frequently on Real Estate, Construction, and, Banking matters.
During his time with Al Tamimi & Company, Ehsan has represented, and worked alongside high profile companies and Government entities, including high profile property developers, well established construction companies as well as regional and international banks in matters relating to dispute resolution, construction, real estate and employment.
Ehsan contributes heavily towards the firm’s knowledge, offering insights in the firms Law Update issues relating to Bahrain Law, and frequently delivers tailored training sessions and seminars to clients on varying matters.
Recent Experience
Represented Clients in mediation process culminating in a settlement worth upwards of USD 1 Million.
Delivered oral pleadings to the Court of Urgent matters in a dispute worth BHD 1.2 Million.
Led, and developed strategy in complex construction cases involving multiple concurrent claims for national and international clients before the Courts of Bahrain.
Represented a large property developer in a claim for compensation against work defects.
Assisted in carrying out due diligence in the acquiring of real estate assets and companies worth up to BHD 1 Million.
Assisted high-profiled companies in drafting a various bilingual individual and collective Employment Contracts, Settlement Agreements, Notices, Final Releases and Termination Notices.
Guided a Client towards settling a dispute worth more than BHD 800,000 through mediation.
