Chirouette El Masry is an Egyptian qualified Lawyer specializing in banking and finance, and general corporate. She has experience in banking and project finance transactions, drafting of pertinent finance documents and security documents, advising on its enforceability and enforcing them before competent authorities. Chirouette, further, has experience in advising on banking related laws and regulations, she also represents structured finance companies providing non-banking services and advises on the regulatory requirements and commercial agreements related to such activities including financial leasing, consumer finance, and mortgage finance.
Chirouette’s particular strength is her ability to negotiate and draft complex commercial and transactional agreements and providing strategic advice on all matters related to corporate expansion into the Middle East in general, Egypt in particular and the European Union in general, France in particular.
