Biography

Chelsea worked at an international arbitral institution in Malaysia for three years prior to joining Al Tamimi & Company in 2022. She has particular expertise in international arbitration and is a member of the corporate commercial, banking & finance and dispute resolution groups. In her previous role, she was involved with drafting standard forms of building contracts and software development contracts, as well as drafting institutional arbitration rules.

Chelsea has published in Kluwer Arbitration Blog and with Thēmis, as well as commentaries on international arbitration rules. She has also participated in numerous speaking engagements in relation to international law, arbitration, construction, and technology. She is an ambassador and ExCo member of Arbitrator Intelligence and an active member of the American Bar Association, American Society of International Law, and ArbitralWomen.
