Biography

Boma is an England and Wales qualified solicitor and is a Senior Associate in the Employment & Incentives team, based in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) office in Dubai.

Boma advises local, regional, and multinational employer clients on the full range of employment matters. She is experienced in supporting clients at all stages of the employment relationship, including in drafting , advising on, and negotiating employment contracts, incentives frameworks, policies and handbooks, and settlement agreements. Boma also has experience in guiding clients through contentious matters and advising on DIFC litigation.

Boma works with private sector, semi-government, and government clients to support them in their employment needs.
