Biography

Ariadni is an Associate in the Transport & Insurance practice. She specializes in asset finance and maritime transactions, with experience advising on ship finance structures, cross-border financing arrangements and ship sale and purchases.

Prior to joining Al Tamimi & Company, Ariadni trained and worked at Watson, Farley & Williams in Athens, where she assisted on a significant number of asset finance transactions, including loan facilities, sale and leaseback structures and Islamic financing arrangements. Her work focused on drafting and reviewing finance documentation, coordinating security registrations and advising on the perfection of securities, particularly in shipping-related transactions.

Ariadni supports shipowners, financial institutions and corporate clients on both transactional and advisory matters, with particular experience in ship sale and purchase transactions, mortgage registrations and financing structures. She works closely with lenders and borrowers to ensure efficient transaction execution and commercially aligned outcomes.
