Biography

Ali has a wide range of experience in the legal field, especially in the Egyptian legal system. He has over twelve years of experience in Judiciary and Public prosecution in Egypt. He has particular expertise in family law.

Ali specializes in all personal status law matters, including custody, succession, alimony, and divorce. Ali mediated in hundreds of family court agreements such as divorce agreements, prenuptial agreements, and heirs agreements.

Ali advises our clients on all personal status matters such as inheritance, child support, and guardianship. Ali works closely with other Al Tamimi departments on litigation aspects that cross with other specialized departments, including execution and financial crime.

  • Assigned extended and specific jurisdictional authority to rule in cases in accordance with the Egyptian Family Law.
  • Issuing judgments ruled in cases according to the provisions of the penal sections of all Egyptian laws and exercising dispute resolution authority between parties.
  • He was promoted from Judge Status to Chief Judge Class B in August 2018.
