Read the full reportAli Bachrouch joined Al Tamimi & Company in 2007. He worked on developing various practices in the Emirate of Sharjah and the Northern Emirates, in general, and he is currently heading the Corporate Structuring – Northern Emirates, based from Sharjah.
He has over 20 of broad legal experience, having advised clients in respect of commercial matters, in respect of a variety of sectors, such as healthcare, energy, contracting and natural resources. Ali has been particularly involved in drafting and negotiating business formation and restructuring documentation and advising on corporate structuring issues. He leads matters that involve prominent parties, often with global presence.
Ali has lectured on Law and IT-related topics, at various universities in the UK and Lebanon. He has authored numerous publications in respect of his areas of expertise and has been a lecturer/ presented at numerous conferences and seminars, in the UAE and abroad.
