Biography

  • Abdulelah is a Saudi attorney with years of education studies in law and higher education in IP laws, and over 5 years of experience in different fields of laws, especially commercial law including IP matters. Prior to joining Al Tamimi in November 2021 as an associate in IP Dep, he worked in a law firm as a lawyer and legal consultant. Abdulelah also gained his former employer’s trust after his dedicated work so he became the deputy chief to manage the administrative matters that related to the clients and his colleagues.
  • In addition to his Legal background, Abdulelah has started preparing to obtain the Project Management Professional certificate (PMP) from Project Management Institution (PMI) that will add substantial and value to his career by developing his skills in managing tasks.
  • Abdulelah represents a wide range of clients in these sectors, ranging from entrepreneurs to multinational companies and Universities, in the protection, management, and enforcement of their rights locally and internationally.
  • Abdulelah regularly advises individuals and the private sector, in a wide range of law-related matters including, commercial, criminal, real state, banking, and family laws. He also helps clients by providing the legal advice that they need to protect their rights and to claim them.

Recent Experience

  • Assisting the General court in KSA by providing a legal opinion as an expert in disputes with ambiguous issues that are not regulated by the laws.
  • Assisting a major constructing company that has over 100 legal issues with many parties that needed to be solved
  • Assisting a high-level local company that had an issue with a huge contract with a government institution.
  • Drafting an appeal to a murder case and that motion got acceptance by the appellate court.
  • Advising on and drafting IP laws appeals related to trademarks matters.
  • Drafting several consultations for several clients.
  • Pleading and working on over 200 cases according to the ministry of justice record.
