We’re expanding

Al Tamimi & Company, the largest law firm in the Middle East has expanded its network to include Cairo, Egypt and Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This takes our total number of offices for the firm to 16 across nine countries in the region and supports our view that we are now even better placed to provide you with the knowledge, expertise and cultural insights to ensure that you’re at the forefront of doing business in the Middle East.

Cairo, Egypt

Al Tamimi & Company will be associated with Khodeir, Nour and Taha in Egypt.

Mohamed Khodeir a partner at Al Tamimi & Company regionally and a licensed Egyptian lawyer will be joined by Ayman Nour and Ehab Taha, founding partners of Nour & Taha Law Firm. Khodeir, Nour & Taha, in association with Al Tamimi & Company will offer a comprehensive range of legal services for those with business dealings in the country, including capital market transactions, mergers & acquisitions, banking and finance and dispute settlement.

We see major opportunities in numerous fields including governance, mega infrastructure projects, free and economic zones, PPP projects, Capital Markets and banking and finance and are keen to be a part of this exciting new phase taking place in Egypt and to offer our clients, via this association, the support they require.

Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Al Tamimi’s Jeddah office is the second in the Kingdom and will include Saudi, Middle Eastern and Western lawyers offering full service support to clients on the ground. The office will also be supported by Al Tamimi’s wider network of offices spread across the Middle East including its established office in Riyadh.

The office will be led by Sumit Soni, who brings to the firm over 7 years experience in Saudi Arabia in general corporate commercial matters including M&A and joint ventures. Sumit also advises clients on a wide range of Islamic finance and conventional lending matters.

The office will allow Al Tamimi to continue to build upon a number of its core regional strengths, including: construction, transport, employment, healthcare, hospitality, and dispute resolution.
