Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Al Tamimi’s Jeddah office is the second in the Kingdom and will include Saudi, Middle Eastern and Western lawyers offering full service support to clients on the ground. The office will also be supported by Al Tamimi’s wider network of offices spread across the Middle East including its established office in Riyadh.
The office will be led by Sumit Soni, who brings to the firm over 7 years experience in Saudi Arabia in general corporate commercial matters including M&A and joint ventures. Sumit also advises clients on a wide range of Islamic finance and conventional lending matters.
The office will allow Al Tamimi to continue to build upon a number of its core regional strengths, including: construction, transport, employment, healthcare, hospitality, and dispute resolution.
