Zeyad is an associate in the firm’s dispute resolution team and has 3 years of experience in the fields of litigation and arbitration. He specializes in civil and white-collar criminal litigation disputes.
Prior to joining Al Tamimi & Company, Zeyad gained considerable work experience from a reputable law firm. In his capacity as a commercial litigator, he worked on a plethora of sophisticated multimillion-Egyptian pounds disputes and represented some noteworthy clients across various practice areas such as competition, intellectual property, construction, employment, and pharmaceuticals.
Zeyad is currently pursuing a PhD in law from the Faculty of Law Cairo University.
I have represented major local and international companies inside and outside the Arab Republic of Egypt. This includes leading automakers, a global cotton clothing manufacturer, and major furniture, decoration and contracting companies, as well as in the interior furnishing of Nissan, Mercedes and BMW. I have also represented companies in real estate investment, residential city building, import and export of agricultural grains in Egypt, companies working in the field of global hotel management in Egypt and Arab countries, companies working in the field of gold bullion industry, project management companies, malls and compounds, as well as the major universities in Egypt and the largest companies in Egypt working in the manufacture of medicines in Egypt and exporting them abroad. I also look forward to representing major companies in various judicial or arbitration disputes to add to my experience.
