In particular, Zakareya has represented corporate clients in commercial disputes as well as banking and civil claims. Zakareya has also advocated for private clients in administrative proceedings and in inheritance cases.
He is qualified to represent clients at the Court of First Instance, the Kuwait Constitutional Court and Court of Cassation, Kuwait’s ultimate judicial body, skillfully handling litigation matters from inception throughout the final appeal.
Zakareya holds a variety of post-graduate certificates including a corporate governance law certificate issued by the Kuwait Institute for Banking Studies.
