Biography

Zaineh has over two years of experience advising clients on a broad range of private commercial transactions, including mergers. acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate re-structuring, in addition to general corporate matters. She has experience supporting domestic and cross-border transactions across various sectors and regularly assists clients with transaction structuring, legal due diligence exercises, and the drafting of commercial agreements.

She also specialises in matters relating to information technology products and services, telecommunications, and data protection compliance. Her practice includes advising clients on regulatory considerations and compliance obligations in evolving Jordanian digital and telecommunications frameworks.

She initially joined Al Tamimi & Company as a trainee in the banking and finance department, where she gained significant experience before transitioning.

  • Jordan Capital and Investment Fund on its strategic investment to acquire a significant minority stake in Horizon for Plastic Manufacturing.
  • Basata Holding for Financial Payments and Jordan Kuwait Bank on their acquisition of a significant minority stake in MadfoatCom.
