Zain is a bilingual (Arabic and English) Associate based in Al Tamimi’s Al Khobar office. She joined Al Tamimi & Company in 2023.
Zain has experience advising and representing clients (locally and internationally) in corporate and commercial matters, many of which were contentious.
Recent Experience
- Worked on the BlackRock deal on its USD 11 billion acquisition of a 49% stake in Jafurah Midstream Gas Company.
- Worked on the Zoujaj deal in connection with its acquisition of Saudi Arabian Glass Company.
- Worked on the BlackRock deal, as lead of a consortium, on the USD 15.5 billion acquisition of a 49% stake in Saudi Aramco Gas Pipelines.
- Advising an international electric vehicle manufacturer on its market entry strategy and regulatory requirements for establishing operations in KSA.
- Advising on KSA regulatory matters; including corporate compliance issues.
- Advising on foreign investment regulations and licensing requirements.
- Handling merger control filings and competition law compliance.
- Handling mergers and acquisitions.
- Handling company and business formations; including joint ventures.
- Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, including joint venture agreements.
