Read NowTamam is a Trainee Lawyer seated in the Employment and Incentives team based in Al Tamimi Al Khobar office. Tamam works on many contentious and non-contentious employment matters, covering the full employment lifecycle, and advises both domestic and foreign clients on the application of the Saudi Labour Law and related employment regulations. Her experience includes advising clients on employment-related legal issues including performance and absence management processes, recruitment, immigration rules, termination of employment, post-termination restrictions, notices, calculations for terminations and EOSB benefits, Saudization, investigations relating to behavioral abuse in the workplace, and WPS and GOSI compliance.
Prior to joining the Employment and Incentives team, Tamam gained experience in the Corporate and Commercial team. She is familiar with drafting and reviewing several corporate documents including but not limited to resolutions, articles of association, agreements, and shareholder and joint venture agreements. Furthermore, advises on corporate matters, such as the incorporation of international and local companies, legal and regulatory corporate compliance, competition law, and merger competition. Furthermore, conduct legal due diligence in corporate transactions, and review agreements such as SHAs, SPAs, and JVAs. Tamam is also experienced in legal research and making inquiries with the competent authorities to ensure clients remain compliant with Saudi regulations.
