Sultan has extensive experience in corporate law and commercial agreements, including mergers and acquisitions, sales of goods, and supply of services contracts. He handles complex transactions and provides strategic advice on corporate structuring, supported by a strong background in foreign investment. Sultan advises both international and local clients, serving as a valuable resource for those seeking to achieve their business objectives in a dynamic legal and regulatory environment.
Sultan is a dual-licensed lawyer, admitted in both New York and Saudi Arabia. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from Aston University in the UK and a Master of Laws from the University of Southern California in the USA. His qualifications and experience enable him to apply international legal standards while effectively navigating Saudi laws and cultural practices.
Before joining Al Tamimi & Company, Sultan gained valuable experience at several international law firms. These experiences allowed him to build a robust skill set and a solid foundation across multiple areas of law, preparing him for his current role at Al Tamimi & Company, where he continues to deliver exceptional legal services.
