Biography
Stephanie is a Legal Director in the Corporate practice in the Dubai office. She joined Al Tamimi & Company in 2018 after obtaining a decade of work experience in Scotland.
Stephanie has experience in advising and representing clients in corporate matters including group restructuring, foreign ownership, licensing and regulatory matters, as well as company formation/de-registration.
Stephanie’s particular strength is her ability to draft legal advice on complex matters in different sectors. She also assists in drafting constitutional documents for many corporate transactions including company establishments, share transfers and liquidations.
Recent Experience
- drafting legal advice relating to licensing & regulatory matters in various sectors including education, healthcare and transport;
- advising on company formations, liquidations and re-structuring;
- liaising with government agencies, free zones and licensing authorities;
- drafting and reviewing constitutional documents and agreements;
