Somaia has joined the firm since January 2019 as a bilingual trainee lawyer in Corporate Department. She is experienced in legal drafting and in incorporating foreign companies in the Kingdom. Prior to joining Al Tamimi and Co Somaia advised on corporate and employment matters.

• Assisting senior lawyers in drafting bilingual legal documents such as letters to be submitted to governmental authorities, articles of association, powers of attorney, shareholders’ resolutions and contracts.
• Assisting senior lawyers in advising foreign entities by preparing advisory memorandums.
• Implementing the process of establishing GCC or foreign entities in the Kingdom.
• Attending clients’ conference calls to assist senior lawyers and preparing proposals for potential clients.
• Assisting the employment department in reviewing bilingual contracts and advising on employment matters.
• Assisting the intellectual property department in preparing complaint letters to the competent authorities.
