Shaymaa is an associate in our Dispute Resolution Department in KSA, Shaymaa works closely with the legislative drafting team at Al Tamimi & Company, where she was part of many legislative projects in different sectors such as cultural and energy.
Shaymaa has distinguished by her analytical and research skills and possesses a strong academic background. Additionally, she has prior legal experience in international organizations, which enhances her ability to handle a wide range of legal matters and projects.
Recent Experience
- Working on establishing mechanisms to protect investors from the impacts of amendments and regulatory projects with the Ministry of Investment.
- Drafting the Executive Regulation for crafts and handicrafts
- Reviewing and amending the Executive Regulations for the Antiquities, Museums, and Urban Heritage with the Ministry of Culture.
- Drafting policies and procedures for the National events Center.
- Drafting Regulation for the Transport General Authority.
- Assisted in advising on the settlement of disputes, encompassing a variety of issues related to companies, and bankruptcy law.
- Translating the guidance and bylaws of the Diriyah Gate Development Authority
- Drafting and reviewing various contracts and agreements to ensure clients’ rights and avoid future disputes
