Biography
Shangar is a law graduate with a strong academic background in International Arbitration and Commercial Law, complemented by multiple legal internships and exposure to cross-border corporate and regulatory matters.
Shangar has developed a solid understanding of arbitration processes, legal contracting, and copyright law, alongside experience supporting multinational and technology-driven clients on market entry, corporate structuring, and compliance matters in Iraq and the Kurdistan Region.
Shangar participated in the Iraqi Young Leaders Exchange Program across Kentucky, Vermont, and Washington DC, undertaking leadership training, cross-cultural communication workshops, and project presentations with participants from Iraq, the USA, the UK, and the Caribbean. The program also included networking with businesses and civic engagement initiatives focused on social responsibility and project management.

- Advising on market entry strategies, corporate structuring, licensing, and regulatory compliance requirements in Iraq and the Kurdistan Region.
