• Advising Ikarus Petroleum Industries, a Kuwaiti energy investor, on the entry into a joint venture with Al Ahly Capital to invest USD 150 million in the Egyptian petrochemical sector.
• Advising ASGC Construction L.L.C., an Emirati construction company, on the AED 200 million sale of its operations in Egypt.
• Advising EFG Finance Holding S.A.E., in relation to its potential investment in a fin-tech company.
• Advising Mwasalat Misr S.A.E., a leading Egyptian group specialized in providing urban mobility and transit solutions, on the entry into a joint venture with the Administrative Capital for Urban Development S.A.E. and the Arab Union Company for Land Transport and Tourism (Super Jet) S.A.E. to establish a joint stock company to provide public land transport services in the New Administrative Capital.
