Samaa is an Associate in Corporate Structure department working on day-to-day requests with the clients, has an experience more than 5 years in providing legal advices and assistance in corporates and other fields. She also has particular expertise in drafting and reviewing contracts specializing in the registration of companies, articles, founding resolution, board resolutions and power of attorney. She handled the negotiation with the governmental directorates on the imposed fines on the clients’ companies and clear their legal status.
She also worked on investigations of the company’s background for the purpose of due diligence, accounting irregularities and general manager resignations and update the registrar of companies.
