Biography
Saleh Al Hebshi is a bilingual Associate in the Dispute Resolution & Intellectual Property Practise in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia office.
Saleh Al Hebshi has range of experience in different aspect of the law such as but not limited to complex collection, intellectual property either cancelling or opposing a trademark, enforceability of foreign judgments and arbitral awards, bankruptcy cases, criminal cases and investigations and violations in connection with the different KSA Laws,
Saleh Al Hebshi has full understanding of the legal judiciary systems of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Prior to joining Al Tamimi & Company Saleh was Senior Legal Advisor at one of the leading air cargo carrier companies at the legal department in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He worked in several of legal matters such as but not limited investigation, advising and litigation. He has also worked with a multinational law firm in Saudi Arabia as a legal consultant, were he advised several companies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and representing them in front of judiciary systems and governmental entities.

Dispute Resolution and Relevant Experience:
- Represented a numerous of companies in a bankruptcy cases that led the Debtor’s Bankrupt. The range of net worth of the debtors approx. 1 million up to 50 million.
- Represented a numerous of companies in a criminal cases that led the accuser to certain charges. The charges against the accuser, whether they were forgery, misappropriation, or dishonesty.
- Represented a contracting company in relation to an investigation by the Ministry of Commerce for potential violations of the Anti-Concealment Law.
- Represented a hospital in an insurance dispute in KSA valued at approx.5 million.
- Advised and represented a shipping company in enforceability of foreign judgments and arbitral awards valued approx. 6 million.
- Advised and represented a shipping company in urgent lawsuits were filed to stop the ship.
- Represented a numerous of companies in a complex collection cases with a total amount approx. 15 million.
- Advised and represented a numerous of companies in an Intellectual Property dispute particularly in the trademark cancelation and opposition in variety of industries such as but not limited to fashion, tech, construction, real-estate, and financial sectors.
Intellectual property Experience:
- Managed, advised, and represented numerous of companies in KSA trademark Portfolios in different industries.
- Manged, advised, and represented numerous of companies in KSA in IP protection and enforcement either by providing legal notices to the infringer or filing complaint before the competent authorities. The sector that we have delt with are such as but not limited to cosmetics, fashion & design, Tobacco, health and sport.
- Represented numerous of brand owners before the government authorise in regards IP awareness of their brands in order for the officials to have full understanding of the goods and the differentiation between the genuine and the counterfeit goods.
