Prior to joining the firm, Pierre worked as a corporate commercial associate in South Africa where he advised and litigated on behalf various commercial entities, local startups, and franchisees.
Pierre has extensive experience in drafting, negotiating, and advising on commercial agreements, including joint venture agreements, memoranda of incorporation, shareholders’ agreements, service level agreements, franchise agreements and commercial leases. Pierre also has experience in employment law, data protection and medical device regulatory matters in Qatar and the Qatar Financial Centre.
