• Advised Nord Anglia Education, the leading premium international schools organisation, in relation to Swiss International Scientific School Dubai (SISD) joining its global family of schools.
• Advised a fund in connection with its exit from the strategic partnership and alliance with a leading premium British curriculum school in Dubai.
• Advised GK 12 Education, Singapore-headquartered Global Schools Group (GSG),, in relation to Emirates American School Sharjah (EAS) joining its global family of schools
• Representing Steve Madden on establishing their presence in the GCC region and entering into a joint venture with the Apparel group.
• Representing PATYKA (a French organic cosmetics company) company on establishing its presence in the GCC region and entering into a joint venture with the Chalhoub group.
• Advised on many cross-border acquisitions, mergers and joint venture agreements.
• Represented Accenture Inc., a global professional services company, on acquisition of Bridgei2i (India) adding 800 employees to Accenture’s applied intelligence.
