Biography
Omar Salah is a corporate associate that is a member of the Egyptian Bar Association and registered as a legal consultant at the Dubai Legal Affairs Department. Omar demonstrates a strong knowledge of UAE laws and precedents.
Since joining Al Tamimi, Omar has been involved in various corporate due diligences; advised on optimal acquisition structures; prepared transaction documents for share and business acquisitions of corporate entities in the UAE; advised clients on UAE corporate laws and regulations, including regulatory strategies and compliance structuring and restructuring; and assisted clients with formation of companies.
