Obay is an Associate within the Employment practice in the Egypt Office.

He recently joined the firm after a stint as an Associate at Incept Legal, focusing on cross-jurisdictional team moves and data protection disputes in Dubai and Cairo.

Prior, he spent a significant tenure as a Junior Associate at Adsero – Ragy Soliman and Partners, a leading firm where he handled high-profile, multimillion-dollar international litigation and arbitration cases and numerous labor disputes.

He started his career at Shehata and Partners, where he transitioned from an intern to a Junior Associate, gaining extensive exposure to corporate licensing, regulatory compliance, and labor regulations in the Arab Republic of Egypt
