Nour Srour

Nour is a corporate structuring associate that is a member of the Beirut Bar Association and registered as a legal consultant at the Dubai Legal Affairs Department. Nour demonstrates a strong knowledge of UAE laws and precedents.

Nour has also supported clients with successfully drafting various types of commercial agreements such as Memoranda of Associations, Sale and Purchase Agreements, Shareholder Agreements, Joint Venture Agreements, Power of Attorneys.

Nour has also been advising clients in relation to foreign investment and the beneficial ownership regime, in the UAE.

He has also advised clients regarding legal rights, conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions and reports on various corporate matters including but not limited to regulatory issues, corporate restructuring (e.g., issuing of continuance for a company from foreign jurisdiction to the UAE). In addition to closely collaborating and coordinating with governmental and quasi-governmental entities on regulatory strategies, external communication, and enforcement decisions.
