Biography

Musab has over seven years’ experience advising on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious matters, with a strong focus on construction disputes and corporate-related cases. He has extensive experience handling construction and contracting claims, including payment disputes, variations, delays, and compensation claims.

He also advises on corporate matters, insurance-related disputes, enforcement proceedings, and execution of judgments, working closely with clients to support both advisory and dispute resolution strategies. Musab has expertise in managing claims and compensation matters, as well as coordinating enforcement actions before the relevant courts and authorities. He is a member of the Corporate & Commercial sector group.

Prior to joining Al Tamimi & Company, Musab gained substantial practical experience working on construction, corporate, insurance, and enforcement matters within private legal practice in Qatar.
