Muhammad Mustafa joined Al Tamimi in 2022 as an Associate in the Corporate Commercial department in the DIFC office. He has over 4 years of experience advising on a range of corporate and commercial matters including M&A, corporate advisory, real estate projects, regulatory and licensing issues and structuring transactions.
