Biography

Muhammad Mustafa joined Al Tamimi & Company in 2022 as an Associate in the Corporate Commercial department in the DIFC office. He has over 7 years of experience advising on a range of corporate and commercial matters including M&A, corporate advisory, real estate projects, regulatory and licensing issues and structuring transactions. He also regularly advises clients on setting up employee share incentive schemes.

His insights on legal developments in the UAE have also been published in the UAE Jurist.
