Biography
Mohammed is a highly experienced lawyer based in the bustling city of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Before joining Al Tamimi and Company, Mohammed practiced law in Egypt as well as spending time at another major law firm in Saudi Arabia.
Mohammed has extensive experience in bankruptcy cases, banking litigation, and securities disputes. In addition to this, Mohammed is well-versed in a variety of legal areas, including regulatory reform, and legislative drafting. He has a proven track record in advising clients on a wide range of corporate and dispute resolution matters, including company liquidations and the enforcement of judgments and arbitration awards.
Alongside his legal skills, Mohammed is fluent in both Arabic and English, allowing him to effectively serve a diverse range of clients. He is known for his dedication to providing top-quality legal services to his clients.
Recent Experience
- Acting for many banks in Saudi Arabia, GCC, and EU in banking and securities disputes.
- Assisting clients as creditors in bankruptcy cases against the Al-Gosaibi, Saad Group and others.
- Assisting clients as debtors in bankruptcy cases, helping them navigate the process of applying for bankruptcy applications according to bankruptcy law.
- Working extensively on legislative projects with many clients, including the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA), the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Commerce, the Saudi Export and Import Bank, the National Debt Management Center, the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs, and the Ministry of Economy and Planning.
