Biography
Mohammad is an Associate and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions team in the Corporate department at Al Tamimi & Company, where he works on high-profile and complex commercial transactions. His practice spans a broad range of legal areas, including public and private M&A, private equity, capital markets and complex cross-border transactions.
Mohammad has developed particular expertise in projects and acquisitions, regularly conducting legal due diligences and advising on critical aspects of transaction structuring and implementation. His work also extends to the aviation sector, where he handles matters related to aircraft finance, leasing, mortgages, and registration. Mohammad holds an in-depth understanding of the legal complexities and their creative solutions in these domains and their highly regulated industries.

- A prominent regional media conglomerate, on its USD 200 million acquisition of a significant stake in a leading global advertising and digital media platform, leading the multi-jurisdictional due diligence exercise across nine MENA and offshore jurisdictions, coordinating local counsel workstreams, and advising on transaction structuring, acquisition financing, debt injection and settlement arrangements, and the drafting and negotiation of principal transaction documents including the SPA, subscription and shareholders’ agreements.

- KBW Investment Fund, on the USD 187 million PPP hospital project in Madaba, advising on the project agreement, land lease, and regulatory structuring under the Jordanian PPP framework.
- Azorra Aviation Holdings LLC, on multiple aircraft financing and leasing transactions, including the registration of fourteen aircraft (individual aircraft values USD 35–40 million). with the Jordanian Civil Aviation Regulatory Commission, drafting and registering mortgage documentation and advising on syndicated loan and trustee security structures.
