Biography

Mohamed has over 30 years’ experience in litigation including negotiations, drafting legal documents and advocacy. His expertise focuses on employment lawsuits, complex commercial litigation and banking disputes.

Mohamed also specialises on civil litigation and advising on different commercial and financial matters.

Mohamed participated in several legal conferences and seminars. Prior to joining Al Tamimi & Company, he worked in one of the top tier law firms in MENA, where he gained extensive experience in different fields of litigation.

  • Successfully represented one of the largest Saudi banks with operations in Kuwait in a KD 9.6 million lawsuit.
  • Successfully represented a financial institution in Kuwait in filing a bankruptcy lawsuit for failure to pay a financing loan of KD 50 million.
  • Successfully represented a financial institution in Kuwait in filing a lawsuit for KD 30 million compensation against the chairman and members of the board of a major joint stock company.
  • Advised many international corporations in different employment, commercial, and financial lawsuits in Kuwait.
