Biography

Mohamed has several years’ experience in Dubai advising on several Civil and Commercial matters before all UAE courts including the Union Supreme Court. He has particular expertise in handling conflict of jurisdiction matters between Dubai and DIFC Courts as well as the enforcement of Arbitration Awards and DIFC orders before UAE Courts.

He also specialises in handling annulment and ratification cases of arbitral awards in addition to labor and employment disputes.

Working with top tier international law firms in the UAE has exposed Mohamed to several complex litigation and transactional matters on daily basis.
