Biography
Mohamed El Kholy is an Associate in the Litigation practice in Dubai.
Mohamed’s area of expertise encompasses real estate property (freehold), construction, banking and finance disputes. Moreover, he provides legal consultation, prepares memorandum for all stages of the court, and represents the firm’s clients before expert meetings and site visits.
He possesses ample practical experience and is an expert in legal and litigation proceedings before the various courts. He is entrusted by clients with the preparation of pleadings and legal briefs and frequently prepares legal research related to crimes of public funds and procedures for the courts.
