Mohamed is a qualified England and Wales Solicitor and an Associate in the Dispute Resolution team at Al Tamimi & Company, where he has been with the firm since 2023. He advises clients on a broad range of contentious matters and has developed strong experience in handling civil, commercial, and employment disputes across various sectors.
His practice focuses particularly on litigation under Bahraini law, where he regularly assists clients throughout all stages of the dispute lifecycle, including pre-action strategy, case assessment, drafting of pleadings and evidentiary analysis. Mohamed works closely with both local and international clients, providing practical and commercially focused advice aimed at resolving disputes efficiently while safeguarding client interests.

- Advised a leading Bahrain-based bank on mortgage procedures relating to a prominent real estate development project.
- Provided advice on employment matters including ESOB matters, performance improvement plans (PIPs), and employee misconduct issues.
- Conducted a comprehensive litigation due diligence in connection with the merger of two major financial institutions in Bahrain.
