Biography

Mia Abu Ltaif is an Associate with the Private Client Services team at Al Tamimi & Company. She has worked on private client matters in a client-facing capacity for the last three years. She specializes in UAE law for Muslims and non-Muslims and has experience in the UAE litigation process and cross-border matters, particularly between the UAE and the UK. She has authored articles on UAE and regional law for publications such as LexisNexis Middle East, the Legal 500, and the International Comparative Legal Guide. Mia is qualified as a solicitor in England & Wales, registered as a legal consultant in Dubai, is a certified DIFC Wills Draftsman, and is preparing to qualify as a UAE advocate with the Dubai Legal Affairs Department.
