Lujain is a Kuwaiti Associate in the Corporate Commercial practice at Al Tamimi & Company and based in the Kuwait office.

She advises on a broad range of local and cross-border corporate and commercial matters, including foreign direct investment, corporate restructuring, regulatory compliance, agency and distribution, and public-private partnership projects.
